Ethics certification programs for CEOs, managers, and employees in businesses, government, and other organizations

Three levels of certification are available for CEOs, managers, and employees. All day continuing education events may be followed by 10 weeks of working groups. Green Level through Gold Level is available. The aim is to infuse values from the top down in organizations and businesses by:

• urging leaders and employees to become motivated to be in the Business of Character,
• triggering discussions about what values ought to be central in life, work, and organization,
• educating on the policy documents and structures necessary to support and encourage ethical functioning
• maximizing everyone's abilities to make ethical decisions in difficult situations.
